MyGlowApp is a subscription-based digital tool that uses artificial intelligence to offer personalized cosmetic recommendations. The service includes:

Artificial Intelligence Processing

To provide the service, your data (including facial photographs and skin profile) is processed using artificial intelligence technology provided by specialized external providers. This processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of generating your personalized analyses and recommendations. AI providers act as data processors and are subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. For more details about providers and data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Artificial intelligence technology has inherent limitations and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Generated recommendations should be considered as guidance and never as absolute truths. Users should not make health decisions based solely on the results provided by the Application.

MYGLOWAPP IS NOT A MEDICAL APPLICATION OR A DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE. The information, skin analysis, and recommendations provided are for exclusively aesthetic, informational, and educational purposes.

  • We are not doctors: The service does not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a dermatologist or healthcare professional.
  • We do not diagnose: The AI identifies visible characteristics (such as redness, texture, or luminosity) for cosmetic purposes, not pathological ones.
  • Consult a specialist: If you have or suspect you have a medical skin condition (infection, severe acne, wounds, suspicious moles, etc.), you should see a doctor before using any recommended product.

3. Access Requirements and Age

Access, registration, and use of MyGlowApp is strictly reserved for persons 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you declare under your sole responsibility that you are of legal age. COSITY TECH S.L. reserves the right to request documentation to verify age and delete any account if it detects that it belongs to a minor. Use of the application by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewal

MyGlowApp operates under a paid subscription model managed through third-party platforms Apple App Store and Google Play Store ("App Stores").

5. Refunds

Subscription payments are processed entirely through the App Stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). COSITY TECH S.L. does not manage charges or refunds directly.

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact the platform through which you made the purchase:

The granting of a refund is subject to the policies and criteria of the corresponding App Store.

6. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the Application responsibly and in accordance with the law. The following is expressly prohibited:

COSITY TECH S.L. reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

7. User Content

By uploading photographs or other content to the Application, you grant COSITY TECH S.L. a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to store, process, and analyze such content, including sending it to third-party technology providers, for the sole purpose of providing you with the contracted service. This license terminates upon deletion of your account.

Your photographs will not be used for advertising, commercial, or artificial intelligence model training purposes without your additional express consent.

Photographs are retained for the time necessary to provide the service and are progressively deleted in accordance with our data retention policy, detailed in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Application, including AI algorithms, source code, the "MyGlowApp" trademark, texts, graphics, interfaces, and designs, are the exclusive property of COSITY TECH S.L. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of the Application without express authorization is prohibited.

The personalized results generated by the AI (routines, analyses, compatibility scores) are provided to the user for personal use. COSITY TECH S.L. retains the rights to the algorithms, models, and methods used to generate them.

9. Account Deletion

The user may request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time from the Profile > Account > Delete account section within the Application. Deletion entails the permanent and irreversible erasure of all user data, including profile, analyses, routines, photographs, and any associated content. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription; the user must cancel the subscription separately as indicated in Section 4.

10. Limitation of Liability

The use of recommended products is the sole responsibility of the user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COSITY TECH S.L. shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for use of the service in the last 12 months.

11. Modification of Terms

COSITY TECH S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of substantial changes, the user will be notified through a notice within the Application or by email. Continued use of the Application after notification of changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms. If the user does not agree with the modifications, they may cancel their subscription and delete their account.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. In case of dispute, and provided that the user has the status of consumer under current regulations, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
